With a track record of managing marketing budgets up to $35M, she lead high-performance teams of up to 15 direct reports, driving comprehensive marketing and branding campaigns for industry giants such as Allied Universal, Mars, Pharmavite, Mattel and Pulmuone Foods.
Her strategic prowess extends to Marketing M & A, where she plays a pivotal role in due diligence and integrating over 40 acquisitions, representing billions of dollars in value. This involves adeptly navigating rebranding efforts and crafting new branding strategies for collateral materials, unifying organizational cultures, developing go-to-market strategies, optimizing packaging, and seamlessly merging marketing teams.
Throughout her career, Barbara has achieved multiple successes, delivering substantial top-line growth and improved contribution margins for both new and mature business portfolios. This success is attributed to strategic mix management, enhanced pricing diligence, and a focus on launching high-margin, innovative, and compelling products and campaigns.
